Introduce 

With a red color between ruby and garnet, of great consistency. The nose has a fine and complex aromatic structure: notes of red fruit in alcohol, especially cherries and berries, withered red flowers, sweet oriental spices, chocolate with sometimes balsamic nuances.

On the palate, its alcoholic grandeur integratesperfectly with the glycerine and tannic notes of the wine, supported by a respectable acidity
. The long finish is traditionally dry, with velvety,enveloping and fruity tannins.

Food Pairing : meat dishes obtained with very long cooking,loaded with sauces, as well as with game.
