Obtained by the Charmat method and the addition of selected yeasts, to the nose it gives off a fresh and fragrant bouquet with hints of flowers and fresh fruits. Balanced aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes, it goes perfectly with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses.
