Introduce
Our Pinot Nero Rosato comes from a careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes through a rosé vinification; the grapes are subjected to cryomaceration (being in contact with the grapes skin at low temperature), after few hours the peels are separated from the must to get the classic pale pink color. Obtained by the Charmat method and the addition of selected yeasts, to the nose it gives off a fresh and fragrant bouquet with hints of flowers and fresh fruits. Balanced aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes, it goes perfectly with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses
