Introduce

The thousands of years of pebbles left over time by the Progno river have given rise to a stony soil where the vines grow from which the grapes destined for our Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso are selected. A refined, full-bodied red wine that is full-bodied and decisive on the nose and palate thanks to the skilful use of the traditional Ripasso technique.

Its temperament is well balanced with elegant tannin and freshness, resulting silky, easy-drinking and an excellent companion for cured meats, savoury cheeses, grilled meats, braised meats.
