Introduce

The grape variety Silvaner is responsible for the intense, long-lasting taste. The grape variety Kerner gives the wine an acidic, finely aromatic and fruity note.  And the small amount Morio-Muscat is the secret of the special flavor. Due to the combination the wine has a very nice bouquet and taste of red apple, lemon and elderflower.

Pairing : salads, fish, poultry and veal dishes, mild semi-hard or fresh cheese, but also well with apple-based desserts.
